Deacon Ryan Morin was critically injured in the tragic accident at the daycare on Oct. 5, according to his mother and a GoFundMe page created by a family friend. Deacon’s mother, Danielle Morin, wrote on her Facebook page she is donating her son’s organs in an effort to hopefully help keep other sick children alive.
“I ask for you to pray that his organs stay strong throughout the transport and implant process for these sick children and their families,” Danielle Morin wrote. “This is the darkest day of my life, but I know Deacon is with the Lord and at peace shining down upon us.”
As of Monday evening, a GoFundMe page for Deacon had raised more than $22, 500.
