2022 Chevrolet Equinox Gets A Price Increase
For 2022, the Chevrolet Equinox will start at $26,995, which is $2,000 more expensive than the 2021 model. There’s a good reason for the price increase, however, because Chevrolet has dropped the entry-level L model for 2022, meaning the LS is now the base model. In fact, the 2022 LS is $600 cheaper than the 2021 model, so it’s arguably better value than the outgoing Equinox.
The generously-equipped LT will set you back $28,095, a $700 reduction compared to last year, while the Premier trim gets a $500 reduction, starting at $32,195. Replacing the entry-level L trim is the new sporty Equinox RS. Starting at $31,295, the RS trim is distinguished by its blacked-out appearance package and black leather interior. All prices include the $1,195 destination charge.
