It’s a very rare day when this late in the season, two teams ranked in the top three go head to head, and that’s what’s going down as Michigan and Ohio State meet up with the Big Ten East title on the line. If Michigan wins, they’ve got the division title on lockdown. Should Ohio State take them out, it puts Penn State back in the running to head to Indianapolis for the Big Ten Championship game Dec. 3. These two teams will be playing if their entire season depends on it, because this time it really does! The game kicks off at noon EST on Nov. 26 and we’ve got your way to watch it online. Unfortunately for the Wolverines, the timing couldn’t be worse with their star quarterback Wilton Speight, 21, still nursing a bum left shoulder that he injured in their devastating loss against Iowa. His backup John O’Korn, 22, started in Nov. 19’s game against Indiana. While they beat the Hoosiers 20-10, it should have been much more of a drubbing as John put up a super low 59 yards in the air. That kind of action won’t play against the Buckeyes strong defense.

While Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh is taking things day by day and won’t name a starter, senior wide receiver Amara Darboh, 22, spilled that both quarterbacks have been working out on the field leading up to the OSU match up. “We’re getting reps from both guys and just trying to make sure we’re on key, make sure the timing’s right,” he told the Detroit Free Press Nov. 22. “Both guys are very poised, like I said earlier and both guys are great competitors, so I think regardless of who it is, I think they’re going to give it their all when it comes Saturday.” They’re sure going to have to with the Big Ten East title on the line!
