Special Porsche 911 Sport Classic Spied With Unique Details
This is not the first time we’ve spotted the 911 SC out testing, but the car looks far more production-ready than before. These latest shots show off more details on the car, including the iconic fixed ducktail spoiler. The front and rear bumpers ape those on the 911 Turbo S, but we know this is not a Turbo test mule because it lacks air intakes on the rear fenders. It looks like the SC will have a double-bubble roof and slightly different hood lines than a standard 992 911.
At the back, Porsche taped over a badge on the rear grille, which is likely the “Heritage” emblem used on the Targa Heritage Edition. As an homage to older 911 models, the prototype rides on classic five-spoke Fuchs-style wheels with a modern center-lock design.
